New York → Seoul
In the spring of 2017, I began an exchange program between my home university at SUNY Geneseo and Sogang University in Seoul, South Korea. I blogged about almost every destination, every morsel of food that touched my lips, and every moment of cultural upheaval or education. It now lies here for visitors to explore what a study abroad program in Korea might entail and what amazing opportunities there are for tourists and travelers in this region.
Everything is categorized by place and time, so Seoul-specific experiences will be in Life in Seoul while my trips to other areas, including Jeju Island and the Philippines, have their own sections as well.
I hope you enjoy what amounts to a public journal, a record of my time abroad, and an exercise in vanity (plus, my friends and family stopped listening to me talk about my experience a long time ago).
